We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund directly through Paddle at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout, or by emailing support@ephemail.io and we'll help you through it.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. If a renewal charge takes you by surprise, contact us within 30 days and we'll review it.
